Working from home: pros and cons?

I work from home, and have since March of this year. I used to work in-office, for almost 2 years before I got approved to work from home since I was moving away from the call center's area. I'm In heaven. I can wake up 30 mins before work, sip my coffee, and wait to log in while wearing my housecoat, or my birthday suit. My company does hire remote workers to work from home in some areas if they live too far from the call centers. They train and also pay to license if you want to do insurance sales, they also just train if you want to do insurance services. Great pay, great benefits, amazing work environment. Dealing with the customers can be rough, but there are lots of opportunities for advancement, and roles that are less customer-centric. I don't work with customers anymore, or rarely anyway. Ever since I went to work from home my team managers have made sure to have open communication, phone numbers to call them if I have a problem, I can also text them, and we have a skype chat open with all of the team members every day in case people are bored with low call volume and wanna chat, it's also nice if someone has a unique issue they can bring it up in the chat and explain what happened so we know what to do. It's also nice to know when teammates are having system issues so we know if they are enterprise wide, or if they are just isolated to my own issues. Progressive, really is progressive.
