Workout plans , my boyfriend and I are in our 20s and are already matching that with our stone in weight we need help

Study keto and fasting , IF, omad and nutrition. Your mind is where the problem is. Yall have to get control of your brains . When your brain says go right and get the cupcakes ,cereals, etc . U say fuck that we goin left and we only gonna eat one big fullfilling meal a day. And its all gonna be greans and fish , chicken or turkey. (Eggs good to dont trip ) . But u get the point. Study nutrition and walk untill u feel u are comfortable w nutrition . By then all your walking should get your body ready to start building a foundation to start working out. Im talking 2 pushups x5-10 some shit like that . (Dont just start goin in like "oh im not doing just 2 pushups" hurrdurr dur "im a do 7 or 8" whatever .. coz u gonna hurt yourself. Then u wont do shit again and u in a neverending cycle. Just practice the motions and get comfortable for a month. gL yall . the shits hard so get that "im a find a easy way out" out of those brains.
