Workout Routine/Nutrition questions

Not IS, but I was a TC for an implementing customer so lots of travel. I meticulously track everything I eat and workout 5-6 times a week. The way I did this with a lot of travel was by using Anytime Fitness as you mentioned and only eating at places that post nutritional info in MFP, or eating at places where the calories are easy enough to calculate (e.g. barbecue). A lot of people I'd talk to that travel frequently would use the long hours and constant travel as an excuse to not work out, but if you're really committed you can do it. I had 2 straight weeks of go-live (12 hour shifts) and still stuck to my workout regimen of 6 workouts a week. They weren't good workouts, but better than nothing
