I'm expecting Belph to be way better and more consistent than Maisha. Maisha needs you to conserve evo and is online at 10 while Belph is Neo Zeus at 8, or even potentially 6, since he's also a pachinko machine, but without the things that can make Zeus bad, since he's basically a "watch me heal to 20 or go full japanese on you" kind of card. Honestly the fuse mechanic already struck me in a bad way, since Portal has a lot of ways to keep themselves from running out of fuel already and handbuff is always a mechanic i don't really like.

Isn't he basically a better eachtar? Imagine fusing 7 into him and drawing 9, getting him to 15/15, while simultaneously generating a board of 4/2s with storm that PING the board for 2 each or 2/4s with ward that can also HEAL you. Not to mention the assault tentacles are also galrettos which means you need to clear them before even thinking of using removal on Belph that isn't a non-targeted removal (which, to be fair, Rino just eats a Belph board for breakfast).

That being said, i won't disregard other classes' ability to potentially deal with Belph, or even kill portal before Belph even happens.
