Hey, thanks for opening up to us. I'm a fellow elder millennial (34f) and I relate to a lot of what you've said here. The past few weeks and years have been an exhaustive drain on the soul, especially when we're expected to continue working and functioning normally.
Not sure what your political alignment is, but one thing that's really helped me get through these extremely dark times is leftist content creators on Youtube and similar platforms. They're mostly people our age with some life experience, but who are also well educated on topics and have an excellent sense of humor. They're steeped in this horrible stuff every day but most of them still maintain an upbeat demeanor, because there ARE things to be hopeful about. Stop by /r/breadtube and see if anything catches your interest.
