Well for the stuff that is mention about her most of it I was there and I was told by the ppl that were the main ones on it about it, so yeah I was comfirmed thay she was on it. Also if that's the case on spreading rumors then for certain she should be also held accountable on some of the rumors she spreads, like for example trying to make it seems that me and my tl have a relationship outside of work(which is a lie) and also spreading rumors that I just steal company time whenever I work, even tho I have to work on 3 departments on the afternoons I'm there because there aren't any associates in the other 2 departments one being hers. Also the reason why I know she spread rumors about me is because my teamlead heard se directly from her about me and told me and the other is that another team lead told mine. Also about the earphones I only wear one and it is in the backroom inside the cooler and freezer so that at the very least I'm not ignoring any customer. Also i only have my personal phone so yeah I did say that I was using it to check on my ppto and obviously that it's also gonna be used to help customers since I don't have my walmart phone.
