Is it worth learning a different language?

Yes. It's always worth trying. No matter what the reason. As long as you're motivated/ have an interest. Pick a language you're interested in, in your case, Spanish or Español. And practice everyday. Duolingo is good for grammar and some vocabulary. You can also get some textbooks, even borrow some from the library.

Also flashcards work wonders. I used to make flashcards with index cards for Spanish in school.

If you have Netflix some shows have Spanish audio and or subtitles. It might be on other streaming services. I like watching movies in the Target Language and with Target Language subtitles so I can see and hear it. But you could also do Target Language and English.

Buena suerte! :)
