Worth the wait

If you think 95 and single digit humidity is uncomfortable, then maybe Phoenix isn't for you. I get it and I am not arguing that it's not hot here. 100 degrees at 8% humidity with no sun in the evening is not uncomfortable for me personally. Ill go ride my bike in conditions like that any day of the week. So yes, if you think 90s is hot then the "hot season" is probably longer for you. I came from 90-100 degree temps with 75%+ humidity, so anything under 110 here really doesn't feel that uncomfortable to me. I don't think anyone was lying to you because you were a newcomer, people just legitimately don't think it's that bad. I would get the same reaction from people in the Midwest. "30 degrees isn't that bad, I will go outside until its single digits". Not for me, anything under 40 is fucking freezing.
