“Edit: I need someone to call my ex partner on a withheld/private number and say “is this (his name), do you know (my name)” and ask if they have a contact number for a parent or family member of mine. When he says no sorry, why i need the person to say something like “there’s been an accident, a member of her family will inform you but I can’t it’s a police matter” and hang up. That’s it, the person barely needs to say 3 lines and can forget it ever happened, it will take about 10 seconds. He will put 2 and 2 together and think I finally killed myself from him abusing me and I can get away.

It sounds stupid, I know, but every single day he almost kills me. I went to work this morning thanking god im still alive, I can’t live like this. I’m out of options it’s either this or I do it to myself for real, or he’s going to end up doing it to me. It will save my life, someone please help me if you can. And police aren’t an option or that’s the first thing I’d have done.”
