Would appreciate some advice on organic grows

Autos in super soil require a little bit of forethought for best results in my experience. While it can certainly be done without repercussions, it's generally easier to avoid transplanting autos. I usually liked to fill the bottom 2/3 or so with hot soil, and give them a pocket of something fairly light on nutrients to get established in.

I noticed a difference in 90% of plants using 5 gal vs 3 with super soil, but I don't think that you would see nearly as much benefits with 7 gal vs 5. Maybe the odd plant here / there would be able to take advantage of the larger pot, but I'd bet more than half of autos would ultimately be pretty similar in size in 5 gal soil vs 7 gal.

I usually pulled around 80 grams / plant with 3 gal fabric pots, was able to get above 100 pretty consistently with 5 gal.
