I really don't think Shroud cheats. I've watched him in LAN's since right before he left manajuma and he's always had very sharp and fast crosshair movement, and not only when flicking/snapping at enemies. If you watch him anchor a site during a round where the T's explode out and his team has a long rotate, you'll notice he hugs cover really tightly and rapidly peeks from both sides of the cover, even if it requires him to qucikly flick 180 degrees just to peek. An example of this when he anchors B site mirage and likes to play behind the corner of the site closest to market door. He does so many fast 120+ degree turns when peeking between bench and default plant that it does not look human. IMO, in these situations fast cross hair movement is super excessive and it seems that he does it just to "be busy". A lot of times its just detrimental because he often flicks away from an angle even if there's an enemy.

Regardless, what I'm trying to say is Shroud's crosshair movement is robotic and unnatural without any clear benefit to his performance. And on the off chance that his spazzy playstyle works in his favor, Shroud can make an easy kill/highlight look unreal and harder than it actually is.
