Would you help a woman who was about to be taken advantage of while intoxicated or would you help a woman in a life or death situation?

  1. No, white knighting is for fools and carries high risk. She put herself in that situation.
  2. Situation dependent. Is she drowning? I might, but that’s because I’m highly trained in extreme water survival and my risk would be relatively low. Is it going to involve hand to hand combat against multiple assailants? Probably not, although I’m trained in this too, my risk for injury or prosecution is relatively high and no woman is worth the cost of my freedom. I’m not sure where my line is now considering my past. There is a lot of information to process in the moment when faced with morality questions like this in real life situations, woman or man wouldn’t factor into my decision. One thing is certain, there’s no fucking way I’d risk my life to be a White Knight or get metoo’d. It’s a good question OP and now I’m considering things I haven’t considered in a long time.

These are decisions I would make based on my own moral code and how I see myself as a man. I don’t care what society thinks.
