Would Jesus use violence (His own, or the government's) to force unwilling women to give birth?

Yes, it is an allegorical sword, not a literal one. Yet it's still a sword, a sword cannot be non-violent. Furthermore regarding government authority in Romans 13, Paul says:

"For princes are not a terror to the good work, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? Do that which is good: and thou shalt have praise from the same." Romans 13:3 (context)

"For he is God's minister to thee, for good. But if thou do that which is evil, fear: for he beareth not the sword in vain. For he is God's minister: an avenger to execute wrath upon him that doth evil." Romans 13:4

And there you have the sword again.

Abortion is evil for it is murder, henceforth, it is permitted to use 'violence' against those who practice it, no different than one is allowed to use 'violence' against an aggressor who threatens a neighbor's life.
