It would be nice if the music volume in the settings also affected the blaring music upon booting up the game at the title screen

That wasn't what OP was asking about. The title of this thread was asking if we can have our personal in game audio level settings to affect the title screen. I was explaining why they can't. And to be honest, the current title screen music is really not that loud IMO.

In fact, as a thought experiment, I did a little test. I ran the title screen music through an HDMI splitter into an audio capture device to losslessly capture the game audio, which was then recorded in Audacity with no volume changes. You can see my results here. I recorded two things. The top one is the title screen music, and the bottom one is literally just me shooting Recluse for a couple mags in the Tribute Hall. The Recluse was actually louder. Also notice the fact that neither of them are actually that loud in general. Like, at all.

Also, IIRC they literally can't change how bright the title screen is. The image assets are hard coded to be the way they are. I think Cozmo said that somewhere semi-recently. I don't know how this is going to come across. I'm not trying to be an ass and I hope I don't come across that way. I just really don't think this is something that needs to be fixed or is in any way, shape, or form an unreasonable audio level.
