Would it be rude to ask a para to stop bringing a special needs student to my class?

Your para is not responsible for these decisions. Don’t talk to the para. I’m a para. My structured classroom teacher strongly considers our input about kids in this situation and even trusts our judgment if one day we think a kid can’t handle going to specials (music, PE, art, library) or needs to leave specials early, but we couldn’t just decide to stop taking a kid to specials even if the specials teacher asked us. You’re not a bad person for not wanting a student to disrupt the class for everyone else. You have a valid concern. Talk to the teacher responsible for the student about options. Maybe they can go less time, bring a sensory toy, have a reward system, or if nothing will help, then if allowed stop going entirely.
