The guy had already stabbed someone in the chest and punctured their lung and possibly killing them and fled the scene, then when the police found him he threatened to both try to attack the police and throw the knife at them. They attempted to tase him twice and they failed. Here is video of the incident. Okay that dude with amputated legs is pretty fucking mobile. I think calling him as a legless guy in a wheelchair is a bit disingenuous after seeing the video. If you would be okay with the police killing a person with fully functioning legs in this situation I think you have to be okay with this scenario.
