Would you have voted Yes to the Casino Question if...

Well, first, you didn't answer my question (hint: you can't have it both ways).

And trains? There is a current train line going to the Meadowlands that is only operational in gamedays or for large concerts. Otherwise, it is not used. There is more than enough capacity on that line. And most Visitors will take the train.

But, if you are worried about traffic, I'd be more concerned with Xanadu than a casino.

Xanadu (or whatever) is about 30 times larger than the largest casino in the world. Also, Xanadu is supposed to be larger than the Mall of America, which gets 40 million visitors annually or about 109,000 people daily.

In comparison, your average casino in NJ has 1,500 rooms and gets less than 6,000 visitors a day or about 6% of the amount of people who will head to Xanadu.

And less than 1/10th of the people who go to a Football game. and remember, this traffic is spread out over the whole day, not confined to everyone using the road at the same time (before or after a game).

Again, we can't keep telling businesses to go away just because of a little traffic. That's why our economy is doing so poorly.
