Would the world be a better place if Germany won WW1? why or why not?

Well after a Germany victory, i don't expect the French to make a comeback unlike Germany and Russia (or the soviet Union whatever the outcome of the 1917 civil war would be) wouldn't be in a good spot either since Germany will surely establish eastern European nations as puppet states greatly weakening the Russians. still i don't expect The British to be severely harmed by such a peace deal and i still think they would defeat the Ottoman empire in the middle east but they would be in no spot in the future to fight the Germans again having no serious foothold in mainland Europe and the American war willingness at question (take the american stance during the first two years of the second world war for an example).. so i'd say a cold war at worst
