Would ya'll use a wave park if it opened near you?

I'm retired in my early 30's with a background in both Marketing and Finance. Currently positioning myself to pursue a medical degree in psychiatry as well as aspirations to find my research published in multiple arenas. More than that, I hope my contributions to society and humanity are positively well received.

I have recently found a great interest with the human mind, along with various sociological behaviors and their influence on things like marketing to an intended demographic, among other things, incredibly fascinating.

With the risk of sounding condescending, are you aware of what the word happenstance actually means and how it relates to your referenced absolute?

I think you do, because you originally stated in an absolute that "this is true for any business looking to succeed", while just now you only say a plan is deemed important as I previously alluded to. Which is it? Required or important? It's besides the point really, but it speaks volumes as to how you are approaching this conversation.

The simple fact that you continually sidestep the things I have previously touched on show your motives. It wasn't by accident that I posed those few questions to you and also made a point to engage in the same tactics as you. More specifically, picking at your absolute reference out of context. You walked right into showing your motives, but it was certainly expected.

Again, and for the what, third time pointing it out, I referenced several aspects in which one would focus their energy on when formulating a business plan for such a venture. Everything from pricing structure variability to merchandising and branding. Additionally I touched on the various potential target demographics and some nuances within them. None of this matters without other specifics to quantify; so detailing everything becomes moot at that point. Are we discussing a wave park in Arizona or one on the Gold Coast? It's highly variable, and I spoke to just that in my initial comment.

Yet you don't choose to see those things, and you only see me pointing out how unsubstantial your contributions have been thus far as they pertain to a dialogue, and it provokes an emotional response from you. I get it, it's normal, and we all have an ego from time to time. Your passive aggressive attempts at trying to discredit me were refuted, and of course it invokes a bit of emotion stirred about within your being.

It's illustrated in what you choose to reference as much as it is illustrated in what you choose to neglect.

What exactly were you hoping to accomplish with your initial reply?
