I do not work in human resources nor am I someone that can give legal advice but I do not think you can get unemployment if you quit your job as Utah is pro-employer, BUT, if you were assaulted at work you should probably contact someone with the proper credentials to advise you on this subject, or maybe even the police but probably have your ducks in a row first. The state might have resources for you if you decide to voluntarily leave your job. I would err on the side of contacting HR at your company first, if you have it, because HR's job is usually to protect the employer. Take this response for what you will. This is my opinion and not legal advice.
