Many people would imagine it would be difficult to have children in this day and age. In order to give birth, another must die and by their own hand no less.

However, many people do not belong to the Rochester family, with its rich heritage and richer bank accounts. With that money comes the ability to buy resources, which are running on empty along with room to live.

With the new law in place, the Rochester's have been using their money to fund what they have called their "Perfect Solution": a plan to not only control their world through money, but through sheer multitudes. Such a plan was easy to act on because the poor, though immortal, were still living in squalor. The Rochester's allowed for a way to end such pains, by requiring one person to die so their family could be taken in by the Rochesters.

It was a less than pleasant demand, and yet most who were approached took the deal. Fathers and mothers bled themselves dry so that their children and wife or husband could live a pleasurable life. The problem was, people taken in by the Rochesters were made servants of the Rochester bloodline. And, if need be, those servants would then be talked into suicide to ensure their family was never kicked out on the street. It was an efficient system, to say the least.

In some ways, the gift of agelessness was a curse on mankind, cutting down every family tree to allow for more branches on the Rochester tree. But on the other hand, maybe it is a cleansing of the planet of the human race, replacing any weakness or laziness of the average person with the ambition and confidence of a Rochester. I can't imagine a better world than one with those of us who remain becoming the new human race, a race of superior people.

It's only a matter of time.
