Ah, it's happening again! My vision, it's... it's fading, once more I'm gazing into the totality of blackness. Okay, I best prepare myself for another anticlimactic vision, I wonder what it will be this time? a diverse palette of colours swirl together in your mind's eye to give rise to a dreamlike view of the mundane future Right, so there's a pretty orange cat roaming down the street which is just out of view from where I'm standing (I think), interesting as always. What's this? We're panning out from the initial cat and homing in on a second cat, with jet black fur, this one looks a great deal more menacing than the first one. It's mere yards away from the orange cat, which hasn't even seen it yet! Oh no, the evil feline is now running towards the cute strolling cat at a blindingly fast pace, there's no time for it to escape, it has to fight back! But the other cat looks so adamant on destroying its enemies.

The stark reality of the physical world is restored

Time to save a kitty from another kitty!

Johnny runs majestically into the centre of the future field of battle and glares at the black cat - who seems just about ready to pounce out and commence the aggression. Johnny growls at the cat and moves slowly towards it. The cat retreats in a cowardly manner towards the bushes lining the road. The day is won. Johnny peers over at the lovely orange cat who was now to be forever in his debt.

I saved you on this fateful day, elegant feline. Bask in the sun's glorious glow and revel in the beauty of the natural world. There will be no feud between the cats of this neighborhood whilst I retain the ability to foretell the occurrences of minor scraps between you.

Johnny returned to his household and pondered the futility of his wasted prophetic powers.
