[WP] Every human life serves a purpose. Once someone serves their purpose, they immediately die. Until they do, they are effectively immortal. You've been searching for yours for over a millenia.

"I always thought of man as good. I never thought that true evil was possible, until I met the man that stands in front of you." I waved a wrinkled hand, still living through the process of imortalification. You see as a man I never fulfilled my purpose. Not that of sex, reproduction or love, but just... a general purpose. When the great Puppeteer that his fellow people called the Creator rose his hand and plucked free the strings of humanity, he must have skipped me, or at least pulled too hard. I paused for a second in my own thoughts. Maybe now will be my chance. "Doctor," the young woman beside him asked, looking up from her notepad with a concerned look. "Ah, yes," I replied, momentarily forgetting where he was with the experiment. He once again waved a wrinkled hand, his mad scientists face wrinkling in excitement. All five doctors looked out from a spotless metal glass, as a dark sheet of metal rose. "Here, the chronicles of my work!" One doctor screamed the rest kept in check. The man stood gripping and pulling, trying to escape the metal tubes and silver needles that surrounded him. "Now, we will all know the extent of evil! Gentleman and women, meet the murder of 20 infant children, 50 parents, and 78 teenagers. Charming, isn't he?" My voice took on the faint german accent that it lost a millennia ago, as the the man in cursing switches to his natural tongue. I remembered the german deathcamps, and relished a kind of pained joy at being on the other side of the room. The whirrs of the machine took over, and the green and purple tubes began to shudder with a flow of energy. The metal background of spotless chrome began it's work. The man was mouthing words. No "Yes," I muttered back. As the man screamed and screamed, my fellow scientists looked at me in horror. I asked them, "What is wrong? Did you not want to see true evil?" And suddenly a globe of blue, tainted energy, as if it had been there when I killed the nazis and escaped, as if it had been there when I was barred entrance to the New Americas, as if it had been there when I killed the Jewish guards to get in. "Here is true evil," I said, and my comrades were terrified. I asked them, "What is wrong," and they only screamed. I didn't die.
