Formal Declaration of war by the United Nations against the North American Union

My fellow citizens of the world, and fellow representative of the UN Security Council, It is with great sadness that I have to give this speech today, but following the terrible events on July 3rd 2065 and the deliberate military and political postures of the North American Union, they leave us no choice but to react with force.  We all remember the history of the twenty first century, a century full of turmoil and change, but I shall give you a short summary to understand why we need to correct our mistakes and make a better future for all of humanity.  In the early half of the 21st century we all thought that China and not the United States was going to rule the century both economically and politically. Newspapers, magazines and economic experts from every corner of the world predicted the coming of the “Chinese Century”. However it was a little premature, and by the end of the late 2010s China’s bubbles started to pop and as the world watched China’s economic miracle crumble, we stood shell shocked in fear as the world plunged into another great depression one that would make the first great depression look like a fairy tale. There was one country that survived and rebounded fairly quickly after china collapsed and that country was the former United States of America. So the world started investing their money in the only safe place that was left, the United States. Energy independent and rich with new investments the United States entered a golden age unlike anything the world had ever seen.  5 years after the china collapsed the European Union failed after to many European countries failed to recover their economies and the former Russian federation soon fell apart as political and economic tensions in their home country exploded. The United States was the only one standing and as a result we look to America for leadership.  The US grew in size and population and by the year 2035 a new North American Union was formed with the former countries of Canada and Mexico solidifying North America’s dominance over the world. We watched as North America seemingly forgot about the rest of the world only concerned when we would disrupt their interests. When North America went back to the moon and later to mars we praised humanity and the accomplishments we have achieved.  However, we did not achieve anything, it was North America who did and it was North America that reaped the benefits. Just as they pillaged and exploited are home world, they are starting to do the same to our solar system. They care not about the good for humanity but only about themselves. When the new UN was formed in the early 2050s a new idea of what it means to be human began. We gave up our nation states and patriotism for the betterment of humanity. We all live on this rock we call home and we should all share the resources and beauty it has to offer.  We should care about the betterment of humanity instead of the needs of a nation or an individual. The North American Union has refused to join our peaceful Union of nations and has acted against us and even aggressively competing against us for control over the earth. I am here today to tell the North American Union that we will no longer bow down to American imperialism and we have suffered enough under your rule. It is time to end “pax American” and a new pax Untied World will take its place. It is time that they feel that same pain that we have suffered for over 50 years.  So it is with regret that I ask that the UN Security Council formally recognizes that as of this day July 30th 2065 the United Nations of the world is formally at war with the North American Union.  I will not say it will be an easy war, the armies of North America are strong and technological, but we prevail. As the great British leader Winston Churchill said on the eve of fighting the Nazis, “We shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, and we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender.” And we shall fight as hard as the British did in World War II. We shall fight until our enemies have realized that the needs of a few do not outweigh the needs of millions and that in order to survive on this planet we must put the needs of all of humanity first.
