[WP] When demons overtake Earth, God's archangels become demon hunters.

One thing you never hear about the end of times, is that demons, and the like aren't purely destructive. If they were they might as well just be bombs or explosions. No they build up a hierarchy and oppression systems then use it to continue to enjoy what they've done. Sure every now and again they'll kill just to ease the tension but really what makes the demon take over so so horrifying is that they keep going on and on with the acts of depravity.

So now that the big man has kept his promise never again to flood the earth to rid it of the evil in it what does he do to start again? He lets out the demons not caring how they decide to destroy humanity. Unfortunately for me they're slow about the process and thinking they've outsmarted the big man they've decided to try and keep humans alive and enjoy their new residence instead of burning and leaving.

Now that leaves us to put them back in hell. Our group is seven strong. Seven Archangels vs the hordes of hell. Sure we're immortal and sure they don't reproduce. But even with our heavenly powers it's going to be a long haul. The big man seems to thrive on impossibilities.

His game his rules One continent per angel. Use what you find. Clear the land of the unrighteous and establish his kingdom. Today is day one, today I will start at a relatively secluded pocket of corruption and create a new holy city. Thankfully demons are relatively lazy. They've only taken over what humanity has already built. I have watched this city grow and change and I know it.

The other angels may well start with the sanctified places but I love a challenge. My base of operations my fortress to lash out against Satan's flunkies will be Las Vegas. Turning a den of corruption into the holiest of cities will be difficult. The demons here hide among the people. They've let humanity grow to keep them as stock for their deeds. So I will start with churches everywhere. Weddings will help me to sanctify the grounds as I begin the hunt.
