Ok so from what I can tell. This is basically setting up a business model based around the influx of trans patients. And their desire to transition. Capitalism at its finest. Efficiency at its finest. I mean people complain about long waiting lists. With this going on, the waiting list can be shortened and the amount of doctors in the field can increase, trans inclusionary medical aids will pop up and dominate.

I mean to me this just screams capitalism and business models. Drug companies bringing in buckets of money from hormones.

I mean if it’s not obvious yet, people don’t care about you, your identity, or your health, or financial situation. They just don’t.
