I'd say the card is looking really good, but the actual buildup has been pretty lackluster if not sometimes nonexistent (not counting Shane/Bryan/Sami/Owens of course).

Like, AJ/Nakamura has had no real build and is really just selling itself on the prospect of the match itself than any actual feud or story line. We've all seen Roman/Lesnar coming for literally a year now and it just kinda officially started after the Chamber and Roman still doesn't really have much heat.

I can go on for the other matches, but it just feels like there's not really much intense/longterm buildup that I would say has the quality of making it "the best." To me, it's just WWE booking a good card, but not really doing much buildup for it.
