Explain to me whom we're going to get that is better than a 6-6 coach. Leavitt who is over 60 already? Venables who is unproven and probably wouldn't leave Clemson anyway?

It doesn't really bother me that some of our fans are questioning whether Snyder is still fit for the job. What does bother me is that so many of them seem to have this air headed notion that we're a destination and can just get whomever we choose.

Kansas State University can poach can poach an above average coach from a g5/d2 program maybe. That's about our ceiling. The people who think we can get Les Miles to come out of retirement or who even think we can poach the totally unproven Venables are just hoping, not thinking.
