Was it the wrong decision to partner with a friend in my small business?

In fact, we had a meeting before we started and established the responsibilities of each one (it was also sent by email)

For example, we established that I will handle the clients via whatsapp to obtain the data and be more organized tranking the clients, etc; this weekend she was in charge of making an order and despite what we had already agreed she asked me for the client's contact twice (which I explained to her both times why I was the one who had to communicate) in the end she had a problem with one of the materials and AGAIN she asked me for contact to explain the situation; naturally I got tired of explaining it to her and gave it to her, trusting that it would only be for that, finally the problem was solved without telling the client, however, she still tried to coordinate everything without knowing how to do it and I had to do it again, this without counting with the bitter taste that left me feeling like she skipped the procedure.

I'll use the notes from the first meeting to guide the new one.
