First IDK why people are saying the division? Warframe is nothing like the Division.

Second, there's not many out there like that, most of those would be sci-fi or fantasy, the least I can do is offer you another suggestion.

Destiny might be up you alley if you haven't already played it.

Horizon Zero Dawn is great(it's single player though), you can slide behind enemies and give the a quick stab before engaging in battle or use dodge/slide to get out of the way of a stampeding machine. Tons of sneaking and bows and trap guns to unlock. New game+ as well.

Someone else said payday 2, but that's more of a bank robbery game, there's tons of new dlc that add crazy missions like car chases and goat theft, mechanics aren't really the same as Warframe though. However still a good game, 10/10 would always keep playing. Also it's multiplayer.
