Wtf Neighbors kids

Ok, so the wife and I were in an argument so we told the kid to outside for a little while it was not for their ears. Well, then the neighbor's kids jumped them call the names, following then, and pretty much harrassess them. THay have been know to follow them home and hit them with sticks. Not counting the fact I can not keep them out of the yard. Well, I finally decided to talk to their parents because I never had. I told him he need to talk to his kids about picking on ours. Thinking he would say ok I will talk to them he instead says how dare you come over here and think you can tell me to tell my kids not to be kids. The told me to get the hell off his property and with in 5 minutes the police were there with a no trespassing order against me and I put one against him. So now I am not aloud to tell him when his kid aren't hitting mine? I mean I have been here for 10 year with no problems with any neighbors. But the guy next door was having trouble getting up and down stairs and sold. Matter of fact I kept my yard up because his looked like a golf course. But these people have trashed it in 6 months and there kids have no rules. Before this happened My kids were like they have 3 xbox 360 and 2 playstations 4's. Bigger tv's then my kids have ever seen and no rules.

So what do I do from here just take it. Do I start bitching all the time at them since he cannot come over either. I mean this is downright bull. The police even said the trespassing would only cover the adult the kids can still do whatever they want. Oh, then he told me the guy that sold him the house said he had let them put the driveway we had like 2 inches into the yard so there would be room and he has treated now to make us take it out.

I mean I am insane with anger. Even told the cop I asked him to talk to his kids. Not like I said beat their asses for being bullies. Cop told me no do not say that to them, lol.

So what am I supposed to do. I cannot afford to move and they are going to make it impossible to live here.
