Wuhan lab leak 'now the most likely origin of Covid', MPs told

A few things:

I was specifically talking about the US

Yet you’re here “defending” OC’s argument, which isn’t specifically about the US?

Even with hospitals strained we haven’t really ever seen that

Except we have. The fact is, you’re mistakenly conflating scenes **from Wuhan* with all of China … then using that misperception to dismiss similar situations in the US as “not China.”

I just think the original comment was talking about those really graphic videos at first with dead or dying people lining hallways and streets.

Yes, you mean the very beginning of the pandemic in Wuhan (not all of China).

They were scenes that nobody was expecting and were therefore shocking, although they aren’t any more/less real or valid than similar scenes in US cities and states.

Morgues make sense that they would have dead bodies.

Mobile morgues and mass burials happened because dead bodies were already stacked too deep.

Remember?

And I get that many hospitals have been strained,

They were beyond strained.

They were forced to prioritize who lived or died (and/or close entirely)!because they literally had no other choice.

Those were just really graphic

All of it is really graphic, bro.
