Really? Unless you're buying a Season Pass these days, most CE don't usually guarantee every single piece of DLC to be released in the future. But, OK, I'll give you some examples if you want.

• Batman: Arkham Origins CE didn't include the story DLC for the game, Cold, Cold Heart.
• Titanfall CE didn't include any of the Season Pass maps.
• Mortal Kombat X CE didn't include any of the DLC characters.
• Street Fighter V CE didn't include any of the DLC fighters (though they are currently free for everyone and can be purchased with in-game credit).
• TES V: Skyrim CE didn't include any of the story-based DLCs.
• The same goes for Fallout 4.

Those are physical releases, so you'll probably tell me that X: Rebirth is a downloadable-only game. So...

• Destiny: The Taken King Digital CE didn't include any of the future DLCs, including Rise of Iron.
• The Sims 4 digital editions (Limited and DDE) don't contain almost any of the myriad of DLCs available for the game.
• Guild Wars 2 Limited and Digital Deluxe editions don't contain the Heart of Thorns expansion.
• Assassin's Creed III DDE didn't include its DLC campaign, The Tyranny of King Washington.
• Civilization V is a very telling example. It was initially bundled with a few DLCs in the GOTY edition of the game. Then, it was bundled with even more DLCs, including the first expansion, in the Gold edition in 2013. And, finally, in 2014, every DLC and expansion was bundled in the Complete Edition.

Again, maybe I'm missing something here. But how are these examples any different from your case?
