Xbox Enforcement team is useless and corrupt!

OK so i posted an appeal to the enforcement team about a communications ban placed on my account because someone hacked into it and sent inappropriate messages from it.

My post to the enforcement team. ^ the report ( and yes i had talked to the support team and they said to attach the reference number seen in the post) However, they reply with this:

The account in question was issued a two-week communications suspension. The behaviour that led to this decision was the misuse of the communication functions to make profane and insensitive comments directed at other players.

Xbox Live is designed to be enjoyed by everyone, and no one should ever have to feel unsafe or threatened on the service. Every gamer should feel welcome, and that experience cannot be achieved if players are permitted to harass and abuse others. Even if the behaviour was intended simply as smack talk, when such language is used in an attempt to abuse, demean, or otherwise cause genuine offence it’s no longer smack talk, but harassment.

While we appreciate your passion regarding this enforcement, we can assure you that this suspension was not issued lightly. Suspensions are only issued following a rigorous investigation of the account’s activity and conduct confirming that a Code of Conduct violation occurred. Additionally, following the submission of this Case Review inquiry we thoroughly reviewed the circumstances behind the enforcement and again confirmed that the violation occurred and that enforcement action was warranted. As a result, we cannot adjust or remove the suspension.

As you can see they have not even referenced anything about my situation, in fact it appears that they have ignored the appeal entirely and just upheld the decision without even investigating the situation. This type of corporate negligence is completely unacceptable. We (AS PAYING CUSTOMERS) should not be held accountable for others actions. (especially considering this person accessed my account without my permission and knowledge just to attempt to get me banned because they think its funny. Furthermore This is also a Security risk which Microsoft support and enforcement are blatantly ignoring!!!!) I want this to be brought to light as this is CLEARLY unacceptable.
