Separate the queue into three different lists of items, ‘Installing’, ‘Queued’ and ‘Paused’. This would not only make it clearer to users which items are paused and queued, but also make it more obvious which actions you can perform on certain items depending on whether they’re currently paused or queued.

Add the ability to reorder the queue by dragging and dropping an item into a position in the queue. Currently, the only way to reorder the items in the queue is to mess around with pausing and resuming downloads in a way that makes them appear in the order you want them to. This feature would be useful if you want to leave your Xbox on overnight and have certain downloads be prioritised in case not all of the downloads complete overnight.

Add the ability to select multiple items in the queue and perform an action on all selected items, such as ‘Pause all selected items’ or ‘Send items to top of queue’
