I loved this episode, just like I loved this series.

Hachiman and Yukino on a real date was perfect. Could easily do a whole season of them dating.

Really wanted a Hayato-Hachiman one-on-one. He has a complicated history with Yukino, potentially even having a crush on her based on what he said at the summer camp, and I wanted his reactions to the news.

Iroha might have been the highlight of the episode. From encouraging Yui to pretend to be drunk with Hachiman and hook up with him to take advantage of his tendency to take responsibility, to her roundabout way of saying she likes Hachiman and the arguing with Komachi.

Was hoping for a little more from Haruno to see how she reacted to the pairing, but for her last appearance, she looked good. She'll always be my best girl of the series. Also was nice to see that Mrs. Yukinoshita approved of Hachiman so much given how crazy that family is.

The sense with sensei felt so bittersweet. Hachiman was able to stand on his own, but it definitely felt like she was going to be leaving his life for good. I'm glad he properly thanked her, and glad she saw the relationship she instigated finally come to fruition.

Yukino saying "I love you, Hikigaya-kun" was such an awesome payoff for the series, but I wish Hachiman said the same back. The scene of the next year was great, especially Yui finally confronting the new relationship and the group's resolve to figure out how to still stay friends.

The show did the ending right because it left me wanting to see a lot more of their relationship and how things would progress. Sad it has to end, though. It was such a beautiful show and I identified with Hachiman so much.
