It really depends. If they merely say you can make laws banning abortion, it’s shitty. If they say that abortion itself is unconstitutional, it’s Uber-shitty. I doubt the second will occur, but with a court made up of 2 justices who cheated their way into office (best scenario, only one of them is valid because the logic used to prevent Garland’s nomination should have affected Barrett, if it’s not valid then Gorsuch shouldn’t be on the court. This is of course ignoring that there was another justice, who was appointed in standard times, whose main fault is almost definitely having committed sexual assault and then throwing a Goddesses damned hissy fit when people questioned his ethics for it. 1/3 of Supreme Court Justices were appointed by the last president. 6 out of the 9 seats are held by justices who lean conservative and many of them are young. One person could impact the courts for decades to come and unfortunately that person was a wannabe-fascist.
