Y'all, the White House "Censor the Internet" executive order is so profoundly misguided, and so absurd from a legal perspective, that even Ajit Pai thinks it's a bad idea.

except ISP's are not really behold to there customers in full as millions of Americans don't have a choice in there ISP with only one provider Source. On top of that millions Americans also only have one ISP offering internet speeds of 10mbps with zero ability to upgrade. even in areas were Americans do have a choice they more then likely have to choose between a ISP who treats its customers like crap that has 25mbps or more speeds or a ISP that treats its customers better but only offer 10mbps or less speed. so even if they hate there ISP they cant do anything about it and ISP dont really have to listen to them and its really really hard to get by in modern society without some form of internet access.
