Yasir Naqvi to propose safe zones for abortion clinics in Ontario

that the issue is about what is a life or not.

That's not at issue at all. the cluster of cells that make up an unborn baby are objectively scientifically a separate living human organism. It is parasitic and dependent on it's host, but it's DNA is human DNA, and it's DNA is distinct from it's hosts DNA. What is at issue is whether this separate living human organism has value or not.

The first part of the first sentence of section 7 states "Everyone has the right to life...", the second part of the sentance states liberty. This makes the insinuation that life trumps liberty, IE person A's life trumps person B's freedom.

so the question is does an unborn baby count as part of everyone?

I say no. IMHO Unborn babies do not count as part of everyone, thus their right to life does not supersedes a mothers right to liberty; but I would be an idiot to think that my moral framework is "better" than another persons moral framework, and that there is no debate or discussion to be had on the topic.
