Yay for the First Real Ride with the Newest Bike

The clearances on this frame are ridiculously tight... It was a work of art to figure out what gearing, clincher tire sizes, and specific tire would function best so as not to scrape the seat tube and/or the inside of the chainstays and remain in the track ends... An obvious question is why not just run 23mm tires, though I can't remember why that created a problem just now—I am really tired :)

Fortunately, my favorite chain ever created and to whom I am ever devoted, the KMC Z510HX/Z1eHX, as ever trustworthy and silent as it has always been, is now going beyond the call of duty as a silent partner in my crime—along with the lovely roundness of the Sugino 75 system. I can't describe how smooth this drivetrain is... It is something special, I am so happy to have it.
