Yayy !!!

Apologies, I saw “family of four” in the previous comment and thought it was referring to your own family.

I don’t think it’s hypocritical to consume animal products as a biological carnivore. I’m underweight as it is, and if I stopped eating meat, it would probably affect my health adversely. I do agree that mass-scale farming is extremely polluting, but the only way to resolve that issue is to reduce the overall amount of consumers. We have 8 billion people in this world to feed. Less people = less farming = less pollution and animal suffering.

It’s not a game to me. I’m just explaining that not having kids is far more beneficial to the environment than going vegan. And my point isn’t entirely hypothetical. Vegans are a very small minority of people, and if you start a family, it’s very likely that your children or grandchildren won’t be vegan. And aside from that, they will absolutely be standard consumers in regards to driving cars, discarding plastic, using water, etc.

Therefore, as I said before, it is much more beneficial to not have kids than to do virtually anything else that is environmentally friendly.
