These are direct quotes from Mueller as stated in the summary from Barr.

There was no collusion (or at least no proof of) and people need to move on. And I'm not a pro-Trump guy. But the President is held to the same standard as you or I, proof beyond a reasonable doubt and there is not enough proof to even indict, yet alone convict. Give it up and move on. Just hope the dems can nominate someone who can defeat him in 2020.
