Yesterday a man tried to rob someone. That someone was The Reaper, one of America's deadliest snipers Nick Irving.

How does 13% directly tie into the topic?

Because when an extremely small population of an area is represented in well over half of all homicides every damn year in that area, it suggests that that tiny population is the problem.

Nobody is talking about the individual, nobody is talking about your neighbor who for all I know, Could be Neil deGrasse fucking Tyson.

But the issue becomes real fucking problem when politicians and national candidates start talking about wide-scale gun control using statistics to back up their argument when we all know that a very tiny minority of the United States is responsible for a huge portion of those statistics.

I don't want anyone to be a victim of gun control, but if it has to happen, let's at least be honest about what the problem in regards to gun crime is in the first place. It's not Bubba down in Alabama with his AR-15 in the closet. It's LaQuaantavarius in the southside of Chicago that can stop shooting people.
