Yet another motorcycle stolen.

Insurance is just like any other expenditure on a vehicle and should be factored in when making your purchase. It's the same as someone spending all of their income financing a brand new Panigale then skimping on the desmo service. Sure they can afford the gas, tires, and chains but they're rolling the dice. If they get a bad roll and their engine shits the bed and they don't have the capital to replace it, they're fucked. Not to mention if it's their only source of transportation.

My top choice for my next bike would cost a shit ton to insure because of my age and area I live in so I've decided to wait and hope that the rates go down with my age or buy a different bike.
