Update your processing times. Etsy allows people to search by estimated delivery dates now. I read that it’s in your description but Etsy won’t remove reviews if it’s not the official processing time.

If you’re in the US go to usps.com and pay to reroute your package back to you if you don’t want to send them.

You can try reporting the review to Etsy through their report form or [email protected], but be nice when messaging, if you go in like you did with your buyer it’ll be a 100% no, based on what you said it’s really unlikely they’ll remove it, but doesn’t hurt to try.

Lastly never ever message a buyer like that. If they share that on social media or elsewhere it makes you sound really unprofessional. I understand the feelings of being upset and that what they did was unfair, but ultimately you’re only hurting your business. If they don’t change their review respond professionally and only with facts.

“No messages were received from buyer, and order was shipping in __ weeks, which is within the stated 6-8 week processing time for this item. I work hard to help customers who need items quicker, and always suggest customers reach out to me before ordering if they need their order sooner than the 6-8 weeks.” Something like that. You’re replying to him for your future customers not for him (he also can’t respond or change review once you reply).
