I get what you're saying and I definitely see how this can be problematic. At the same time, it's absurd enough that it's hard to say that there's a political or social agenda, even just one inadvertently created via ignorance. You could even say that there's at least one part of the song that endorses non-heteronormative relations.
FFS. I'm trying to write a measured and sensitive response, but I'm just coming off as an asshole. I'll lay it out like this:
-You have a point.
-I don't think they meant to come off as homophobes.
-It's funny.
-who hasn't seen a hunk on a bus and thought, "mmm, I wanna sit on his lap?"
-It's meant to be absurd.
-Eh, I don't have a horse in this race. The song makes me laugh.
-I'm also writing the above respectfully.
-Now I go drink more wine.
