Young adult starting first job out of university and still living at home with no expenses - How to handle money?

I'd follow the advice the rest of the commenters are posting, but if I were you I'd also ask your parents if you could help contribute to the household bills a little. That could be as simple as paying your own cell phone bill, or taking them out to dinner once a month, or paying the water bill or something. If you're living at home with your parents rent-free, you really don't want to seem ungrateful, press your luck, or make them regret their decision to be so gracious. Contributing financially, even if it's just with a little bit every month, could make them feel appreciated and valued, and will ensure you get to continue living harmoniously -- and rent-free -- until you're ready to move out.
