Why this young family has been living with pot smoke in their condo for the last 5 years

Tell me what is the process for kicking out a stoner owner that is growing right now illegally? Go.

What is the process for kicking out a tenant dealer? Go!

Let me educate you.

Violation of the declaration for both cases. Either nuisance clause, or illegal acts clause. In addition, if a grow op is spotted, police are called.Tenants are easy, a few letters, landlord tenant board, and sheriff boot up the ass. Owners, same clauses, liens and force sale via regular courts.

You think the courts or the tenant board will listen in detail to stoner bullshit? Lol. They are overworked and underpaid, and they dont give a fuck about stoners. Letters from our manager presented, along with CCTV evidence or statements, and thats it, eviction order, next case, move along. Its like contesting parking tickets, theres 50 cases to process in 2-3 hours, and they dont give two fucks. You can sit in on those you know, its entertaining. As to whether they are available online? I dont think landlord tenant board publishes them. Its not important to me.

We had a few cases over the years. One guy was selling cameras out of his unit. Illegal business. 4 months, and landlord evicted him at our request. We signed off on the violation letters. Another case, child trafficking, pimping and prostitution. Guy was pimping a little girl. Police took him away on the night it came out and the call was made. new tenant moved in 2 months later.

Most condo boards, and not many people like you know this, but most condo boards make deals with local police divisions for extra patrols. In our complex, a detective spends 1-2 days out of 7 in plainclothes, just hanging out, observing, during certain hours.

As for medical licenses: I havent encountered one. if and when I do see this unicorn, I will take whatever action may be required based on advice of staff. This is how it works for condo boards. You act based on staff advice. If they present a problem, it will be dealt with accordingly. If not, great.

But normal people with legitimate medical conditions, they dont present problems like your kind. I deal with accessibility issues all the time - we have disabled people in wheelchairs, for example, that require accommodation. No problem. They submit a letter with what they need, and we accommodate if reasonable. Same thing with legitimate medical users - if one ever appears, no problem. Legitimate is legitimate.

You know, you are furiously typing all this, probably with froth on your mouth, thinking you are right, but I am laughing at you. Sheriffs put an end to the verbal diarrhea like yours real quick. You can try shaking some printed case in sheriff's faces, it would be entertaining to watch.
