Youngest children in the classroom are more likely to be diagnosed with ADHD, suggesting that some teachers are mistaking the immaturity of the youngest children in their class for ADHD and labeling normal development as pathology, finds new research with 14 million children from various countries.

ampehtamines in kids with ADHD work kind of opposite in those without ADHD. my son has it, and I had the same video you did. why the hell are we giving him hyper pills if he's hyper? in an ADHD brain, the amphetamines actually work to make the brain more baseline and back to normal, as opposed to even more extra hyper.

it's ok to think this if you are not aware, I think most people do. it doesn't make sense at face value. a doctor explained it to me, and although I don't technically understand it, I trust the guy that had 8+ more years of specific medical schooling than I did. I have a Bachelor's. kinda gotta trust his opinion. that's a lot of extra education.
