  • I remember most of them. I keep a lot of records.

  • I have my skincare pretty set and don't really mix it up. It, on average, runs about 17-20$ a month. For the first part of this year I finished off setting up my eyeshadow the way I want it. I then looked at my brushes. I had 2 originally and expanded to include a home set and a travelling set. I love them all and got rid of none of them. I also tried a beauty blender which I don't really know what the hype is about. I will not rebuy.

In late summer/fall I got into lip products of which I had 10 previously. I currently have 24. I bought a lip set and a palette as a starting place to try and figure out my ideal colors (as this forum suggested. Then I moved into lipsticks, which are expensive. I finished it out last month and am really happy with my overall selection in all categories.

  • I tend to exercise and restrict (eating disorder and body dysmorphia) when stress or depressed instead of spending money. This results in pretty steady spending. My husband likes to get me gifts which tend to be centered around the holidays (my birthday, his birthday, valentines day, white day, anniversary, christmas are from oct to march). He also buys bulk gifts during this period to hand out on date nights or as pick-me-up throughout the year.

  • I have a budget for makeup, clothes, etc for myself (~1% of the take home) and I stayed well within it so it is fine for me. My husband seems to be fine with it.
